The Museum is offering a new historic overnight boat trip on Saturday, June 28 and Sunday, June 29, 2014 to the northeast coast of Vancouver Island.  The area offers unique history and scenery, from the old mill site of Telegraph Cove, now a premier whale watching and wildlife centre, to the former Finnish settlement of Sointula on Malcolm Island to the First Nations ‘Namgis village of Alert Bay, on Cormorant Island. 

Visit all three destinations on this one of a kind trip with the Museum at Campbell River and Stubbs Island Whale Watching.  The cost for the weekend trip is $275.00 per person plus GST.  Please note that passengers are responsible for their evening meal the night of June 28th and their breakfast on June 29th.  Stubbs Island will be taking passengers out on the Kuluta, pictured here.  The tour includes:
