Wayne Grady, the current writer-in-residence will be facilitating three master classes at the Museum.  Each consists of a lecture by Wayne, followed by in-session exercises and workshops, lasting approximately 3 hours will be offered. Each session will be of equal value to writers of fiction, nonfiction and poetry.  The cost of each session is $40.

Writing Character

 This session with cover techniques and exercises for creating believable, three-dimensional characters that resonate on the page and reverberate in the mind. We will focus on all forms of character: main characters, minor characters, characters drawn from history, and that ubiquitous but enigmatic character known as “I”.
